General cancellation and No-Show policy

Valid Visa or MasterCard credit card details can be required to secure your booking for 6 or more guests. You will not be charged in advance of your booking time, and your card details are held securely by STRIPE.Cancellation or any changes to your booking must be made at least 24 hours prior to your booking by contacting Jervois Steak House directly, or via your booking confirmation email, which is sent out 24 hours in advance to your booking time.No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking time will incur a cancellation fee of $25 per person, and your card will be charged.

Promotions & special menu credit card booking, securement, and refunds policy

Cancellation or any changes to your promotions or special menu booking must be made at least 48 hours prior to your booking or the event by contacting Jervois Steak House directly to receive a full refund. You can email Jervois Steak House Auckland at auckland@jervoissteakhouse.co.nz, and Jervois Steak House Queenstown at queenstown@jervoissteakhouse.co.nz. Any cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your promotional booking or special menu time will receive a 50% refund of either the individual ticket price or the total booking price, depending on the change or cancellation.
